 Nexsan's
InfiniSAN 4 series brings enterprise-class SAN functionality
to a small, yet powerful and expandable package. Unsurpassed
fault-tolerance results from the elimination of all potential
single points of failure, while sophisticated management software
provides centralized management and monitoring of all InfiniSAN
4 subsystems.
The design supports one or two RAID controllers in the cabinet,
with a unique option of configuring a disaster tolerant solution
of two single controller subsystems linked via three optical
links, two of which are redundant.
A pair of sophisticated, hot pluggable enclosure management
processor ASIC's implement the industry standard SCSI Enclosure
Services (SES) protocol. These dock into a completely passive
midplane.
HSSDC (Copper) or MT-RJ (Optical) connectors eliminate the
need for expensive and unreliable GBIC's.
Available as a Tower, Rack, or in Nexsan's unique Stacker
configurations, the InfiniSAN 4 provides a flexible platform
for both today's and tomorrow's Storage Area Networks.
